Privacy Policy

Baul is a self-paced kanji practice app for iPhone and iPad. There is no lesson or learning module — you choose a JLPT deck and practice on your own. This page explains what information the app uses and what stays on your device.

Last updated: 24 August 2026

Summary

Baul does not require an account and does not collect a user profile. Progress, settings, and the last session you resume from Home are stored locally on your device. Apple processes the Baul Pro Lifetime purchase. Stroke-order diagrams are loaded from KanjiVG when you use writing practice.
